Cal Mag Aspartate- 100 Capsules

This supplement contains equal amounts of Calcium Aspartate and Magnesium Aspartate. This highly assimlated form of calcium and magnesium are combined in a capsule form for easy assimilation. They are also combined with the trace mineral Boron and vitamin D which aid in the assimilation of Calcium. The elemental calcium present is 70 mg and the elemental magnesium is 45.5 mg of magnesium. Since these minerals are in aspartate form, the assimilation is many times greater than what can be found in other mineral supplements. Being in the form of an aspartate also provides all the health benefits of L-Aspartic Acid.
